I used the I-touch with my students quite a lot last year. They used many science specific apps that went along with what I was teaching. For example, during our simple machines unit, they go to play with Gears. They often used the science glossary and often did science quizzes on the i touch. Of course, they thought it was much cooler to take a quiz on the i touch than on regular paper.
